Kootney Resort is located one half mile inland from the Caribbean Sea, in a verdant rainforest overlooking the Picard River and only a short seven-minute walk to the Ross Medical University Campus.

The cottages are designed and engineered to withstand hurricanes and earthquakes, and all electrical, telephone and cable TV wiring is underground.   ADSL broadband internet service is also available.
